Sweet Monster Singapore started in Aug 17 and to date, we have 3 outlets in Hillion, JCube and Tampines Hub. There are few outlets currently in the planning stages of setting up across Singapore .
1. Digital Marketing and web development :
Working with the Head of Marketing, the intern shall perform market research, competitor's analysis, develop coherent social media strategy that is consistent with franchise brand, setup integrated social media channels (FB, IG, Youtube, Google+, E-mail mktg ) and tools, launch campaign and track results. Website development : revamp n maintain website, structure development to include new modules such as inventory and ecommerce, integrate events/catering module, new franchisee modules, blog, take quality pictures.
2. Biz development and Info Tech :
To develop a coherent mktg plan to induct new franchise outlets leading to the big bang opening of new outlets. To propose ideas, plan activities to build hype and to create awareness and increase sales at outlets, create buzz campaign across the 5 outlets , do A/B testing, track results, blog and newsletter management
