Superluxe Online – Live Chat Workers

This is a job posting for online jobs where you get paid to chat with customers on a business’s social media account. These are remote positions, meaning you log in online to do the work, and all you need is basic English skills and a reliable internet connection.

What you will be doing: Live Chat workers are assigned a business that they are working with and your job is to log in to their social media account each day and reply to messages that are sent to the account from customers (or potential customers). You will be given full training on how to do the job and what to say to all the most commonly asked questions. And you have a chat supervisor to help you with any questions that you don’t know how to answer.

Contract length: No fixed term

Skills/background needed:

• Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).

• Be able to work independently.

• Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.

• Have 15+ hours availability per week.

• Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 15 – 20 hours a week
