For IT, we help SMEs to create design worthy and reasonably priced websites filled with SEO, sales optimization and more. Our IT services also involve helping SME analyze their businesses and teach them to digitalize!

For Digital Marketing, we help our clients to manage and produce content creation on social media. Building up a brand and helps to create marketing material. Updates the website with any new information if necessary. And also helps with media queries. Identifies areas that affect branding. Oversee all social media platform, and also helps with promotions or special events posting on social media. Maintains the special events and campaign calendar.

Job Description

Job Scope

  • Familiarise with products and willing to understand the targeted business well
  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Devise, support, facilitate sales team for sales/ revenue growth.
  • Devise, support, facilitate sales conversion.
  • Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails, and websites.
  • Digital marketing, social media tasks that include photography, design, and videography.
  • Manage our client social media, creating a campaign, running ads, content creation and more!
  • Conduct market research, surveys, and analysis for business growth.
  • Other Adhoc duties.
    • Do business calls to targeted industry for selling of our service
    • Handle phone and email inquiries on services
    • Assist in administrative matters

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Any type of social media skill set/marketing
  • Speaks fluent English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Motivated individual and Team Player
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication with a service mindset
