Job Description
Job Scope
You will assist the Account Manager in managing clients and their portfolios.
- Provide excellent client service
- Research and develop strategies
- Plan and ensure smooth delivery and production of briefs and timelines
- Develop engaging content for press releases, social media and other marketing platforms
- Maintain relations with clients and liaise with vendors
- Plan and coordinate activities and events
- Handle budget management and risk management for clients
- To research and analyze trends, statistics and insights
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Office applications
- Creative skills (Knowledge in Photoshop would be advantageous)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Polished copywriting skills
- Great negotiation skills
- Skilled in project management
- Strong initiative and detail-oriented
- Eager to learn and fast to pick up information
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in both English & Chinese
