Responsibilities & Key Projects:
- Expand social media presence on social media platforms, with a focus on Chinese platforms
- Manage the social media feeds
- Plan, generate and schedule related content in English and Chinese
- Assist in creation, editing, and management of marketing materials in English and Chinese
- Internet marketing projects and Search Engine Optimization
- Ensuring appropriate aspects of the website are optimized for SEO purposes
- Customer Relations & Conversation Monitoring (posting new content, engaging with posted comments, and resolving consumer inquiries in a timely manner)
- Digital influencer & blogger relations
- General marketing and office tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of the various marketing channels utilised in an ICO
- Relevant experience in Social Media, including Chinese platforms
- Excellent understanding of all Social Media networks, social media campaigns
- Excellent written communication skills in Chinese
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Detailed, goal and deadline oriented
