Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for redefining fashion consumption.
As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Intern, you are a customer advocate, content creator and brand guardian. You must champion the voice of the customer and co-create authentic, personal experiences that solve real problems. You will do this by working closely with the CRM Manager to identify customer friction points and in turn create content, propositions and customer journeys that are intuitive, helpful and inspiring. Your north star should be focused on customer acquisition and reactivation.

Responsibilities:

  • Staying on the pulse of fashion trends and developing targeted, refreshing content for diverse user segments
  • Executing email, in-app and push notification campaigns proficiently
  • Bringing to life the voice, values and mission of Style Theory in a human and authentic fashion
  • Monitoring CRM engagement and conversion rates, as well as initiating messaging improvements
  • Uncovering user insights from quantitative and qualitative findings
  • Any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • A genuine love for fashion and the sharing economy
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Competency in design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Excel a plus
  • Creative problem solver and a positive game-on attitude
  • An acute attention to details
  • Minimum availability of 3 months
