Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies through various channels including digital campaigns
- Recommend marketing objectives, including basic and promotion sales volume and promotion profit forecasts to meet store sales targets and ranking requirements.
- Ensuring the branding position set is align to objectives and achieved
- Keeping track and analyse the marketing plans results and statistics to recommend action plans
- Managing of the budgets set for the marketing plans
- Work closely with PR agency and manage media relations
- Responsible for the planning, copy writing and vetting through all marketing collateral, advertisements and website etc not limiting to writing press releases, posting on social media (Instagram, facebook, twitter, etc)
- Develop, distribute, provide all publicity to all media with notices of upcoming productions, news articles, events.
- Identify relevant and powerful PR platforms, social forums, bloggers, key opinion leaders and advocators to drive word-of-mouth. Ensure always-on social listening, community management, and real-time crisis respond and report.
- Develop holistic go-to-market communications throughout multiple touch points along the way of consumers' path to purchase
- Present exclusive store programs to retailers and negotiate for space and location. Plan, execute retail events, promotional sites, conceptualization, set-up and conduct post mortem analysis.
- Develop good relations with retailers and partners for effective business negotiations.
- Conduct annual pricing corridor exercise and work on local pricing strategy of new products, which includes but not limited to harmonization of regional pricing and latest competitive pricing comparisons.
- Be a key partner to both demand and supply & sales Inventory to review forecasts and new product launches, align supply updates and raise any risks/opportunities that may impact the business.
- Responsible for new launch forecasts to determine sell-in and roll-out quantities required for marketing programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Major in Mass Communications/Marketing or related field.
- Have specific hands on experience, working in digital marketing and E commerce
- Excellent in cognitive thought and problem solving
- Creative and innovative
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Market knowledge of local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies an advantage
