Position Overview

As a Lead Sales Executive, you can expect lots of fun and challenges during your course of work! You get to interact with people from all walks of life, introducing our products to them, suggesting how our products can improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement & Conversion:

  • Contact new leads within 1 to 2 hours of assignment

  • Use approved scripts and frameworks to qualify, present and close deals

  • Follow the lead journey consistently using CRM tools

Follow Up Management:

  • Execute follow up schedule for all hot, warm and cold leads

  • Keep detailed notes in CRM to ensure continuity

  • Proactively chase down pending deals and maintain lead momentum

Product Knowledge & Presentation:

  • Understand and articulate the features, benefits and competitive advantages of products

  • Adapt pitch based on customer’s needs and persona

 

Customer Service Standards

  • Provide accurate information, set proper expectations and ensure smooth handover post-sale

  • Build trust and rapport to encourage repeat business or referrals

 

Reporting & Communication

  • Update daily activity in CRM

  • Report blockers or objections to Team Lead promptly for coaching

  • Attend team meetings, training sessions and reviews

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales.

  • KPI-driven and eager for growth.

  • Resilient and adaptable to change.

  • Strong listening and communication skills.

  • Tech-Savvy with platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, email, etc.

Working Schedule: Mon - Fri 11.30am-7.30pm
