What to expect:
- Support Manager and team in organizing clients’ portfolios and business presentations
- Gain understanding in analysis of clients’ financial status and goals
- Assist in client servicing such as new campaigns and handling enquiries
- Support in customer acquisition and marketing collaterals
- Plan & coordinate team-building events and company meetings
- Collate sales and clients’ records & perform statistics analysis
- Hone soft skills beneficial for professional development
- Assist in any other business operation activities assigned
Requirements:
- Existing Polytechnic/University students in Banking & Finance, Business, or other disciplines are welcome to apply
- Able to commit 2-6 months (February-September 2026)
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Well organised & meticulous in handling documents
- Keen learner, self-driven, resourceful and results-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
