Spiking is looking for Creative Strategist (Events, Marketing and Community Experiences) who care deeply about communicating with Spiking users by bringing most engaging events to life.
You will play a key role in captivating a next-generation mobile applications for retail investors around the world.
Creative Strategist is charge of shaping, planning and executing Spiking's high profile events nationwide. As a member of the team, you work closely with the Founders to create and manage strategic programs, find creative solutions to projects and help connect users and partners to our products and technologies.
You oversee all aspects of event management and production from content and program development, design, AV production, vendor and partner management, logistics, invitations, sponsorships, promotions and more.
Not only do you help conceptualize and produce events, but you also come full circle to use your analytical skills to conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis to measure your programs for effectiveness. Your organizational skills, project management skills and creative flair all find their place in this role.
You are an deep thinker and effective communicator who thrives under pressure and has experience building and leading creative teams that develop innovative new ideas.

Your day-to-day:
- Take a business problem, develop an insight and turn it into a tangible strategy behind a big idea.
- Advocate our ideas to the business through the quality of your thinking, presentation skills, relationship-building abilities, and passion for our products and vision.
- Drive strategic thinking and problem solving, driving a change in team culture and mindset of our business.
- Develop a team culture of creative and strategic thinkers; work closely with the wider team to help keep their ideas on track.
- Bring ideas into the team to help push creative modeling/renderings and pitch decks; identify new opportunities within the business for the team to pitch proactive ideas.
