Good communication (verbal & written) and problem solving skills
Digitally savvy and can assist in troubleshooting of digital and technical issues
Passionate about customer service with a cheerful disposition
Meticulous to assist with subscriptions processing
Gain insights into the daily operations of a contact centre that handle hotline calls, emails, online chats and walk-in customers
Learn to manage customer relationships through effective follow-up and by providing appropriate resolutions
Opportunity to participate in ad-hoc projects and assist in administrative duties
