Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across facility management companies, industrial plants, and commercial buildings
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking events, and industry connections
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (Facility Managers, Operations Heads, Sustainability Teams)
- Present and pitch company solutions, including drone-based and robotic cleaning systems
- Structure and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pilot projects
- Coordinate pilot trials with operations and technical teams to ensure successful execution
- Convert pilot projects into recurring revenue contracts
- Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence to refine go-to-market strategy
