Events Intern (3-6 Months Full-time Position)
EVENTS INTERN
Description
-Handle customers enquiries and feedback
-Liaise with corporate clients and tailor events suited to their needs
-Follow up with clients and maintain positive relations
-Coordinate and manage event preparation and operations
-Provide event administrative and operational support
-Additional ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Document, Excel, Powerpoint
-Comfortable dealing with clients
-Good interpersonal and customer relations skills
-Good communication skills
-Possess positive attitude and good organizational skills
-Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Meticulous when completing tasks
