Main assignments:
- Compensation and benefits: update expatriates remuneration packages, support on benefits communication
- HR Reporting: provide support to other APAC countries on HR Reporting, conduct quality checks and
- Conduct a benchmark on the expatriates lease, propose solutions, coordinate the lease renewals (may include working with external providers)
- Employees engagement: participate to the action plan elaboration and follow-up
- Recruitment: Support the implementation of referral programs assessment across the region ; implementation where non existing - external benchmark & embed gender balance component when possible
- Update on-boarding documents and propose improvements
- Support Diversity & Inclusion projects
- Support Learning & Development projects when required
- Compile the job descriptions across the APAC countries to create a catalogue
- Support on HR administration: prepare letters and other documents when required, improve the server filing system
Person Specification and skills:
Essential
• Excellent office software knowledge (Excel proficiency is mandatory)
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at different levels of the organization
• Ability to understand the processes and propose improvements
• First experience in HR or Administration
Desirable
• Knowledge of local regulation
• Experience in a multinational firm
The internship will start asap in March for a duration of 5 to 6 months.
