The objective of the internship can be summarized as  “Give your best to ensure the operations team on site can fully operate the facility, in line with the terms of the contract”.

Assistant Project Manager October 2018 Sodexo Hong Kong – Corporate Services


Mission

Reporting to the Account Director, the intern will support a key client:

Program management with a main focus on Safety, Efficiency and Budget
-  Support the day to day management, unblock issues and identify solutions rapidly
-  Define scope, responsibilities and governance within the organization
-  Prepare regular internal status reports identifying current and potential risks and opportunities
-  Support the deployment of Operational Excellence
Relationship management and engagement
-  Work closely with all the levels of the operational teams
-  Engage professional leadership in the development of the Improvement Plan
-  Assess competency of staff and prepare training plan
-  Coordination of stakeholders, improvement of the Way Of Working
-  Update stakeholders on the progress of the improvement plan
-  Follow up on contract, client and consumers satisfaction

Profile

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Resilient, adaptable and determined to do well and achieve goals in life in a realistic manner
  • Proactive, ability to self-manage projects and high level of organization  
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Commercial attitude
  • Understanding of the Facility Management is a plus
  • Ability to produce own documentation, financial spreadsheets and reports
  • Customer focused, dedicated to exceeding expectations of internal and external customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels within the organization.
