The Job

The Roles:

• Understand the different Back end reconciliation processes e.g. Treasury, General Ledger and Holdings reconciliation
• Assisting with drafting investment contracts and tracking investment projects/contracts/documents
• Perform daily Treasury operation work such as cash management, bank account management, funding, forecasting, General Ledger posting and foreign exchange
• Prompt escalation of reconciliation outages in a timely manner to Business Units with proper follow through.
• Active participation in assigned projects in the Department and involved in projects/user acceptance testing.
• Perform process review to come up with process improvements/system automation initiatives
• Leverage / deploy Treasury systems and technology to simplify / standardize processes and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies as well as relevant external regulatory measures
• Maintain & document reconciliation process procedures
• Support in ad-hoc /admin tasks assigned

Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance/ Accounting 2 to 4 years experience in finance , Risk/ finance/ compliance background ,Analytics background is a plus
• Language skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, for communicating with various stakeholders across the company
• Good understanding of ASEAN culture and markets and compliance experience with VT, TH , KH , MM ,SG regulators – technology compliance, data privacy, fraud, trade surveillance
• Banking and/ or private banking, wealth management experience in matured financial markets
• If he/ she is from the industry, have worked in a few projects and/ or with experience in dealing with regulators
