The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Manage daily HR, Admin & IT functions of the group
• Strong in recruitment processes, like job posting, selection, interview, onboarding and all workers’ matters like work pass application, accommodation, travel, covid-19 safety management etc.
• Strong in Labor Act, experience in handling blue collar employees.
• Manage attendance & leave records and support payroll processing.
• Support HR & Admin Manager in all aspects.
• Other duties to be assigned by superior from time to time.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Diploma in related fields or those who have strong relevant working experience can be considered.
• Minimum 2 years HR work experience preferably in Logistics or manufacturing Industry.
• Understanding of Singapore Employment Act with knowledge in local employment laws and practice.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application and zoom etc.
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive work attitude with initiative in problem solving, meticulous, team player, organized and able to multi-tasks
• Strong networker & relationship builder, highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• Possess strong analytical skills and interacting with people
• Remuneration to commensurate with qualifications and experience
