Talent Acquisition Executive (2.5-4k)

The Job

In this role you will:

• Drive all of our hiring efforts across multiple sourcing channels
• Develop the strategy for growing and delivering diverse candidate pipelines
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Partner with business functions to understand hiring needs and to advise on recruiting strategy
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates to deliver against immediate, high-priority openings
• Perform initial stage candidate screening
• Deliver on-going recruitment reports that track results, impact, and cost-effectiveness.

The Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience or prior internships in recruitment and have a solid understanding of end to end recruitment cycles.
• You are a great communicator, open-minded, interested in Startup culture
• You are an avid listener and possess strong assessment skills
• You are flexible and comfortable with ambiguity; working collaboratively and independently
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech startup environment
