The Job

Our client is looking for an Administrator who is able to work independently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with clients/client management prior to/during and after shoots
• Responding to customer inquiries through emails, calls, Whatsapp, and social media accounts
• Preparing quotations and sending invoices
• Handling operations of the photo and video studio bookings by welcoming customers in and showing clients where the equipment are
• Managing and maintaining studio equipment and cleanliness
• Preparing staff roster to ensure manpower is available to cover studio bookings and photo/video shoots

Ideal Candidate

Skills required:

• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Account Management & Admin
• You have a background in Videography and/or Photography and are familiar with industry jargon
• You are a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
• You are proactive and a good communicator
• You have excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines
