The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
• Motivate, guide, and lead a team of sales associates
• Drive customer-centric approaches and boost sales opportunities to achieve monthly target
• Provide excellent service and promote the stylish brand and lifestyle fashion to our customers
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively respond to customers' enquiries
• Support store operations by providing regular updates and reporting to the Store Manager
• Be a positive force to promote team collaborations and workplace culture

Ideal Candidate

• 2 years of retail management and sales experience; Applicants with experience in leading quick fashion or sportswear brands is an added advantage
• Energetic, pleasant personality with a passion for customer service
• Emotionally resilient with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to go the extra mile
