The Job

• Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager & Manager, you will be a key member of the operation team.
•  Manage and ensure performance efficiency for the entire warehouse operations
• Drive warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow and implementing improvements according to changing demand
• Accomplish warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, training and disciplining warehouse team, communicating expectations, reviewing contributions and enforcing procedures
• Maintain safe, clean and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures 

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, the applicant must have

• A bachelor’s degree with (at most 7years) of relevant warehouse management & process improvement experience
• Passionate to work in a startup, providing ideas to streamline and automate the operations and assist in planning & setting up of new warehouse
• Mandatory skill: Highly data-driven /analytical - any decisions made must be justified by sound data analysis
• Mandatory skill: Experience in conceptualizing and implementing process improvements and automation to increase the efficiency of the operations
• Able to maintain operational visibility remotely after working hours if required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment where you contribute directly to the goals of the company
• Able to work effectively and maintain amicable relationship with 3PLs and delivery agents
• Able to manage external vendors in terms of operational issues and billing
• Creative: Enjoy brainstorming and contributing ideas on how to improve the delivery network
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Enthusiastic and keen learner
