We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, qualifying prospects, and supporting revenue growth. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 4 years of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in B2B SaaS sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing outbound prospecting activities across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Assisting in identifying and researching potential clients within target markets.
  • Conducting initial outreach to decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling discovery meetings for senior sales team members.
  • Maintaining accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly activity targets to consistently contribute to pipeline growth.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • You have strong communication skills — clear, confident, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • You possess a high level of resilience, persistence, and enthusiasm for outbound sales.
  • You are a fast learner who adapts quickly to feedback, tools, and changing priorities.
  • You are highly organised and able to manage multiple outreach activities efficiently.
  • You have a genuine interest in SaaS, AI products, and how technology can solve real business problems.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a high-performing team.
  • Experience with CRM systems or sales engagement tools is a bonus but not mandatory.
