The Job

• Develop and maintain a structured industry database from sources of varying quality
• Acquire industry knowledge and expertise, and keep updated on industry news
• Work closely with market facing teams, gathering information and discussing themes
• Prepare daily reports on market news, present monthly research pieces
• Model demand and supply, and forecast near and medium term price ranges
• Liaise and work with external consultants and data providers
• Ad-hoc traveling to meet market participants as and when required

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in any relevant discipline, demonstrated academic achievements
• Proficient in MS Excel, basic modelling ability with basic exposure to statistics, regression and optimization
• Analytical and strong logical thinker, results orientated
• Self-driven team player, a good listener and good communicator
• Systematic and organized, ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
• Ability to converse fluently in English and Chinese to liaise with buyers and sellers
• Committed to excel and grow with the Company
