The Job
The Role Recruiters (Contractors) are being hired to help build the expert network across East Asia. You’ll source and engage contractors for AI and data projects with leading U.S. clients.
This is a fully remote individual contributor role. While candidates based in Taiwan or Hong Kong are preferred, applicants from other locations with strong familiarity with these markets and the ability to recruit effectively there are also welcome.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified contractors using regional channels (e.g., LinkedIn, BOSS直聘, 104 Job Bank, WeChat, alumni groups).
- Communicate with candidates in Mandarin and English to answer questions and guide them through the process.
- Manage pipelines efficiently and deliver qualified talent quickly.

Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Fluent Mandarin and strong English skills.
