The Job
Key responsibilities areas:
- To provide a professional and customer focused service to all customers and internal visitors ensuring that their first impression of the company is at the highest standard.
- To receive visitors in a professional and courteous manner and inform relevant department of visitor’s arrival.
- Ensure that the office is presentable, professional looking and provide positive interaction/guest experience.
- Responsible for the effective handling of all incoming calls to ensure that all calls are answered swiftly and professionally and messages are passed on promptly when required.
- Co-ordinate the booking of meeting rooms and maintaining up-to-date meeting room diaries.
- Sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
- Arrange local courier services and ensure proper record keeping.
- Enforce Safe Management Plans
- Liaison with building maintenance, equipment maintenance suppliers to ensure that all facilities are maintained in tip top condition.
- Provide administrative support for projects such as year-end bulk dispatch, corporate events, and general data entries.
- Provide secretarial support to the HR Manager
- Any other task as assigned by the Superior
Ideal Candidate
Key Competencies:
- At least 2 years of experience on administrative support.
- Proficient in written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Remuneration to commensurate with qualifications and experience
