The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

 

  • To provide a professional and customer focused service to all customers and internal visitors ensuring that their first impression of the company is at the highest standard.
  • To receive visitors in a professional and courteous manner and inform relevant department of visitor’s arrival.
  • Ensure that the office is presentable, professional looking and provide positive interaction/guest experience.
  • Responsible for the effective handling of all incoming calls to ensure that all calls are answered swiftly and professionally and messages are passed on promptly when required.
  • Co-ordinate the booking of meeting rooms and maintaining up-to-date meeting room diaries.
  • Sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
  • Arrange local courier services and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Enforce Safe Management Plans
  • Liaison with building maintenance, equipment maintenance suppliers to ensure that all facilities are maintained in tip top condition.
  • Provide administrative support for projects such as year-end bulk dispatch, corporate events, and general data entries.
  • Provide secretarial support to the HR Manager
  • Any other task as assigned by the Superior

 

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience on administrative support.
  • Proficient in written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Remuneration to commensurate with qualifications and experience
