The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Reports to the Project Director/GM
• Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time, quality and with efficient execution.
• Liaising with sub-contractors and specialist contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects.
• Prepare, review and submit all detailed shop drawings, programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal and/or risk assessment proposals.
• Conduct internal, subcontractor and site staff safety meeting/briefing, when required.
• Lead a team of technical staff and workers in the execution of day to day operations.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• BCA-recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 1 to 2 years' experience and have completed at least 1 cycle of a landed housing project, or equivalent.
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to independently prepare shop drawings and related plans for submission for approval.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and AutoCAD (or equivalent drafting software).
• Able to work 6 days work week.
• Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
