The Job

You will be responsible for: 

• To perform all duties necessary to meet the company and government (e.g. SFA) requirements and standards, as prioritized by the company.
• To comply and follow good manufacturing practice in the workplace at all times.
• To have general knowledge of all job roles within the operations area.
• To perform all preparation tasks as required by the Company.
• To be able to operate and run several manufacturing processes, which includes simple machine operations and to ensure close monitoring of new production processes.
• To plan and conduct training for new and existing workers and to ensure the training records are documented properly.
• To ensure that all the workers are trained and competent to perform the required job role(s).
• To ensure that all tasks are performed safely and accurately, and the safety standards are adhered to and practiced at all times.
• To report to the Production Executive / Manager on any outstanding issues on a weekly basis.
• To adhere and follow the instructions given by the Production Executive / Manager.
• To perform any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned. The Company reserves the right to assign you work or re-designate your appointment and working hours as required to accommodate its business needs.

The Profile

Key competencies:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Professional certification in related field
• Able to be a good team player with good organization, planning, communication and interpersonal skills; and able to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a variable temperature environment.
