The Job
- Managing video production from start to finish including the conceptualisation, scripting, scheduling and resource management of videos.
 - Managing project timelines and budget.
 - Arranging and managing external resources (equipments, crews, actors and venues).
 - Video editing, graphic effects, sound effects, audio adjustment, color grading and composition.
 - Using the principles of editing to control the pace and flow of the video.
 - Integration of music, sound effects and balances of audio.
 - Executing studio and location shoots and handling all camera equipment and lighting.
 - Maintaining equipment and accessories.
 - Editing/ digitally touching up pictures and videos.
 - Organising the logistics of the production, from pre-production through completion of production.
 - Supervising the assembly of the shooting company, recruitment of key personnel and services, and production organisation.
 - Supporting the Director's vision and substantiating the Director's creative ideas by taking care of logistics and related issues.
 - Working collaboratively with video producers and other key stakeholders to create high quality video content.
 - Performing the full range of editing works from splicing, to sound balancing, to color correction and color grading.
 - Organising and managing all audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflow.
 - Taking a "design brief" to understand requirements.
 - Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders.
 - Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
 
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Editing, Design or Production role.
 - You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
 - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
 - You possess strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to set targets, prioritise effectively and make decisions.
 - You have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 - You have a strong understanding of color, framing and lighting.
 - You possess a strong artistic & creative aesthetic and can communicate your ideas simply and effectively.
 - You can develop compelling narratives and visuals.
 - You have experience in scheduling and budgeting.
 - You have strong writing skills and a keen eye to ensure that the content is free from errors and complies with editorial style and guidelines.
 - Expertise in Camera & Photography, Video Editor, Video Production, Video / Interactive Design and Line Production would be highly valuable.
 - You have good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Indesign, Final Cut Pro and Other tools.
 - Experience within Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) would be highly valuable.
 - You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
 - You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
 - You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
 - You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
