The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Working with product leadership to manage and drive the strategic priorities
• Understand the user's experience and build features to meet their needs as well as the needs of the business
• Translate the identified business needs into requirements easily digestible by cross-functional teams
• Work closely with UX/UI, engineering, QA, and analytics to bring ideas from conception to completion
• Stay on top of design guidelines and technologies that affect the business as well as evaluate the performance of products and features and develop recommendations for improvement
• Analyse data and usage patterns and maintain an optimised experience pre and post product launch

The Profile

• You have at least 2 years of product development and management experience overseeing the design, development, launch, and measurement of successful consumer web and mobile products
• You are capable of working on multiple business initiatives while focusing on seller experience, buyer experience, and fulfilment systems
• You are a go-getter and have strong attention to detail
• You have the ability to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
• You are willing to work extended hours occasionally to meet business needs
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech startup environment
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
