The Job

Entry level role that is working in a plant/factory. Performs a series of operations or tasks under close supervision, utilizing documented work processes.

Responsibilities

• Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality
• Check on equipment throughout shift to ensure equipment is working properly
• Inspect and prepare material for modules build according to daily production plan
• Reads and clearly follows processes that are required
• Identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures
• Perform simple PM for workstation and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Operate equipment
• Perform monthly cycle physical count

Requirements

• Primary or secondary education or equivalent
• Works under direct supervision
• Must complete site specific safety training
• Ability to communicate clearly to team members
• Be able to follow and read instructions
• Have basic math skills
• Able to fill up simple on-line and physical form
• Some manufacturing/plant experience
