The Job

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the overall administration functions in Singapore. You will also provide secretarial support such as business travel arrangements and expense claims to the Co-Founders and CEO.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing secretarial support to the Co-Founders, including - Calendar management, Travel management (flight and hotel bookings), Expense Claim management, and other ad hoc support.
  • Managing external visitors throughout their visit and ensuring an effective reception and visitor service.
  • Preparing meeting rooms and greeting guests.
  • Researching new tools, services, vendors to make the office a more pleasant and productive space.
  • Owning office administration systems and procedures including general office / facility related concerns, incoming and outgoing mails etc.
  • Liaising with Building Management on office maintenance and office renovations and effectively managing office supplies (including general office, pantry, conference rooms and team specific needs).
  • Planning team events/team welfare activities and champion culture within the office.
  • Answering the phone and directing calls, managing petty cash transactions.
  • Other ad-hoc activities when required.


The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years administrative/PA experience
  • You possess strong time-management skills and you can parallely run multiple tasks, in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a proactive, high-energy, result-oriented team player
  • You are a reliable individual with a keen sense in handling confidential matters.
  • You possess solid communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Problem solving mindset and ethical attitude are your traits.
