Job Description
- Manage projects end to end, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Maintain timelines, track deliverables, and ensure completion.
- Update presentation decks for weekly status meetings.
- Conduct daily stand-ups with stakeholders for alignment.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate when needed.
- Track IT budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Plan implementation cut-overs and prepare run-books.
- Ensure compliance with governance requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in managing complex projects and system interfaces.
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge in Wealth Management or Avaloq systems will be preferable.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
