The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

2D and 3D Drafting:

• Create accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD or SolidWorks based on project requirements.
• Develop detailed 3D models that align with design specifications.

Animation:

• Integrate animation elements into 3D models to enhance visualization and create dynamic presentations.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand animation requirements and implement creative solutions.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate representation of design concepts.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings and animations as necessary.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and animations to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in the drafting process.

Documentation:

• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all drawings and animations.
• Assist in the preparation of design documentation for internal and external use.

Ideal Candidate

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman with expertise in AutoCAD (ACAD) or SolidWorks to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in creating precise 2D and 3D drawings, along with the ability to add animation elements to enhance visualizations. Preferable in factory automation related field.
• If you are passionate about transforming concepts into detailed and visually appealing designs, we encourage you to apply.
• You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services, IT and Industrial.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
• You have working knowledge of ACAD, Solidworks and drafting
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
