The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Delivering personalised service to customers in the call centre in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions and attention.
  • Consistently delivering excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction, while adhering to professional standards.
  • Soliciting customers’ feedback and identifying problem trends for improvement actions.
  • Following up promptly with customers to resolve issues.

 

The Profile

  • You have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role in a call centre environment, ideally within the Financial industry
  • You have a passion for customer service and enjoy speaking to people
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You are willing to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holidays, if required.
