Our client is a well established IT Services firm offering services and solutions in infrastructure management, enterprise testing, application development & support and IT process automation. To ensure quality service to their strong client base across South East Asia, they are looking to hire a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join their team and support a VIP account.
Job Description
				The Job
You will support a global social media firm by working closely with the sales and account management team to assist with operational tasks.
You are responsible for:
- Balancing day-to day services, providing the most feasible solutions along with other teams.
- Researching and gathering data insights, and use it to further enhance client's platforms
- Working with with cross-functional partners
- Educating client(s) on policy and product matters
- Understanding and analysing client's situations to advise and apply the correct solution
The Profile
- You have at least a BA/BS degree (Graduate), or equivalent experience
- You have at least 3 to 5 years experience working in a digital media / service / sales organization
- Must be experienced in business communication – ability to communicate in a relevant and concise manner with exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills
- Demonstrated capability to create world-class customer experiences with each and every interaction
- You have strong critical and analytical thinking skills with a passion for client experience
- You have the ability to effectively prioritize accordingly to fast-changing circumstances and manage multiple tasks while maintaining strict attention to details
- You are able to work both independently and within a team
- You are a self-learner, interested in both the how and the why
- You have an ability to follow processes without being blinkered by them
- Having experience in digital media at a major media agency or publisher would be an advantage
- Experience working in and with a global organization is a plus
