The Job

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations-related tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of care professionals on our platform
• Carry out proper job matching processes to clients, based on proficiency of the care professionals 
• Adhere to internal operation protocols, fulfillment standards, and policies
• Provide support on contract renewals of care professionals
• Any other projects tasked

Ideal Candidate

Key competencies :

• Diploma or equivalent; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Comfortable speaking with potential candidates/partners 
• Comfortable with working and using data to drive decisions 
• Results-driven and execution-focused; ability to own outcomes and make things happen with a strong sense of urgency
• Highly-motivated and want to create a huge impact in a fast-growing start-up
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and able to liaise with senior members of government agencies and organizations
• Tech-savvy and able to pick up and internalize IT solutions and processes quickly; Being able to teach said IT systems to other parties effectively is a bonus
• Prior experience in a healthcare environment or fast-paced and high growth startup would be preferred
• You should have a passion for social enterprises and causes
• Strong sense of ownership 
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
