The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• To perform market analysis and identify potential customers;
• To develop innovative approaches in order to attract and onboard new clients;
• To develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and their capabilities as well as knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products;
• To develop trust relationships with our customers, understand their needs and have a hands-on approach to solving any potential issues;
• To assist the Creative and Sales Departments in marketing and advertising activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web);
• To collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns;
• To provide key internal/ external meeting support (e.g. scheduling, agenda preparation, outcome documentation & tracking of deliverables).

• You are eager to learn the Business Development role from scratch;
• You are interested in digital and programmatic advertising and want to learn more about it;
• You have strong communication and relationship-building skills needed to work in an international and multicultural environment;
• You are curious with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly;
• You are comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks;
• You have excellent communication skills;
