The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Understanding of Civil / Structure / Architectural / M&E drawings is an essential.
• To create BIM models and prepare drawings using software such as Revit using Singapore standards.
• To produce 2D drawings / Documentation / shop drawings directly from BIM Model or in AutoCAD when required.
• To develop 3D rendering, visualization and animation (walk-though) when required.
• To develop and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• To go on site to work on BIM projects with different customers when required.
• To work on site when required.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• To be able to complete projects by given deadline.
• To provide consistently high standard of work.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• At least 2 or more years’ experience in construction industry.
• Knowledge of M&E services (ACMV, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical) will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standard.
• A team player with sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in the below software, is a must:
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Microsoft office applications
• Good knowledge in the below software, is a plus:
• Solid Works
• 3ds Max
• Photoshop
• Willingness to learn and use of new software / technology.
• Good attitude with an eye for details.
• Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
