The Job

What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth research across diverse sources in Chinese or Mandarin and English languages to gather relevant data.
• Evaluate the credibility and relevance of information obtained from different sources based on the parameters of the client.
• Translate and synthesize data into comprehensive English reports while maintaining accuracy and clarity that align with specific guidelines and writing style.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze findings and contribute to the report production process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in global markets to ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports.
• Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to enhance data collection and analytical processes.
• Must meet predetermined deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Linguistics, International Relations, Data Analytics/Management, Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, Communication Research).
• Proficiency in multiple languages with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin/ Chinese language.
• Proven experience in quantitative research, data analysis/manipulation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheet and other statistical tools and platforms
• Can able to work from 5AM - 8AM(SGT)
• Can commit to being connected/online at all times during work hours to curate reports, and promptly answer queries, clarifications and feedback via messaging/communication tools
• Can able to attend training on Weekdays from 6AM-12:00 Noon (PST)
