The Job

Key responsibilities areas :

• Handle full set of accounts for the companies
• Perform bank reconciliations, companies reconciliation, AP & AR reconciliation.
• Manage payment gateways follow up for Singapore companies.
• Manage the petty cash & banking matters.
• Liaise with external auditors & Governments bodies (i.e IRAS).
• Handle corporate taxation, GST and all relevant tax matters.
• Involve in the collection and cashflow management.
• Assist office administrative task as and when needed.

The Profile

Key competencies :

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Knowledge of AP, AR & GL analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong in technical and analytical skill.
• Positive attitude and possess the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
• Able to work well under pressure and accepts criticism positively.
