Job Description

What you would do: 

In a startup with a flat hierarchy, you will lead your own projects and become a full member of the team throughout your internship. Your Responsibilities could include:

  • Work closely with the team to plan, develop and deliver all digital marketing initiatives which includes content marketing, PR, marketing, social media outreach, offline initiatives and other interactions.
  • Develop, co-ordinate and deliver outstanding digital communications across platforms (social media, website, blog, etc). This includes managing and leading company's SEM and SEO strategies for digital content.
  • Create content resources to drive traffic, awareness, leads and ultimately investors. Grow new leads to converting site, social, search and content traffic through call-to-action, landing pages, lead generation, promos and campaigns..
  • Measure analytics across all digital platform, recommend testing methodologies and analyze performance for campaign optimization.

Who you are: 

  • University student or recent graduate in Marketing, advertising, project management, digital marketing, or a similar discipline, you gained a first marketing work experience through internships/vocational training or similar.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, you developed a fair knowledge in search marketing platform (i.e. Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Webmaster Tools) and Web-analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics). A knowledge of Content Management System (eg. WordPress) and experience using designing tools will be advantageous.
  • You are able to design marketing campaigns, execute them, analyse results and optimize them.
  • Thanks to your analytical skills, you are able to make data-driven recommendations and maximize total digital marketing return.
  • Familiar with Fintech market trends, you are able to generate content which is attractive and shareable, aiming to increase our search engine rankings.
  • Quick learner, you are resourceful and can adapt to a fast-paced and often unpredictable working environment.
  • You are known for your excellent communication skills, copywriting and creative ability.
  • A to-do attitude and an ability to work independently and as a team member will make you successful in the role.
