Job Description
- Perform Tech & OS Refresh of Desktops/Laptops
- Perform any Vulnerability patching if needed
- Resolve incidents pertaining to Desktops/Laptops
- Perform any Desktops/Laptops Service Request coming from client
REQUIREMENTS:
- Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in onsite support
- Good working experience IT industry
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
