Job Description

We are looking for high energy, motivated and adaptable individuals to join our fast-expanding businesses (involving International and Oversea sales). Sales Manager is generally responsible for B2B and B2C sales, attending to sales leads and enquiries. You will be responsible to deliver best customers experience which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring highest of level customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

  • Increase sales to current and prospective clients.

  • Prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new & existing accounts.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales efficiency, strategies and productivity against inventory position and customers’ plan.

  • Optimize and maintain sales target tin working closely with different internal departments - Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics.

  • Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within an account.

  • Prepares standard quotations and proposals.

  • Maintaining the credibility of the customers’ payment terms via prompt collections, close monitoring of accounts and having external information, insights and business intelligence, on credit issues of your customers.

  • Update sales data in Navision system.

  • Preparing daily and monthly reports.

  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

  • Sales & product training provided.
