POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated & determined individual to support the growth of the business, and in particular our push into China, Taiwan, Hong Kong. This role will comprise developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies. You will collaborate with our internal marketing team and external agencies in all stages of marketing campaign execution.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying opportunities for possible partnerships in Nth Asia
- Contacting potential partners to secure their involvement
- Confirming execution/fulfilment of agreements
- Marketing campaign execution support
- Collateral translation coordination
- Database administration support
- Exhibitor/sponsor contract activation support
- Administration of any visitor/delegate passes as per agreements
- Providing feedback to team regarding additional marketing requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
- Proven marketing-related experience in a similar role (minimum 18 months).
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding telephone and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude towards 'client' management.
- Enthusiasm, initiative and above all a great sense of humour!
