About this internship
Reporting into the AVP, Process Excellence and Special Project, this role focuses on the project support to the Federated Lockers Tender Project. The selected interns are expected to provide fresh and new ideas for the tender project (usability, market trend, linked to government initiative) and involved in putting the tender proposal and its submission.
Responsibilities:
- Inject new and fresh ideas on the Federated Locker Tender project
- Develop the tender documents together with Tender project team
- Review & analyze vendor proposal, capabilities and the business case of the project
- Initiate new initiatives that would enhance attractiveness of the Tender proposal
- Support on making the tender proposal for the Federated Locker project
Requirements:
- Undergraduates in different disciplines such as Engineering, IT, Commercial, Marketing, Arts, Social Science, etc. are welcome
- Mandatory software proficiency: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Analytical and has strong understanding in operational systems application in warehouse, production and transportation industry.
- Have a strong sense of commitment and able to work independently
- Able to deliver works in tight schedules and works under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and shoulder additional job functions
