We are looking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as a Drone Pilot. To be able to manage and drive the team in ensuring that the team effectively delivers a consistent, world class experience across all areas of the sites. Multitasking with areas of creativity is what we are looking for, great outcome to be able to produce aerial photographs and for other purposes.
Job Descriptions:
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented.
- Self-Evaluation skills and ability to analyse information
- Problem- solving and Mechanical skills
- Strong communication skills to convey plan information and other types of data effectively
- Duties involves checking the requirements and ensure proper deployment of drone.
- Multitasking
- Pre-flight
- Manage & Maintain Drone Equipment
- Create & Maintain Drone Flight Schedules
- Transport the Drone to Project sites
- Develop Flight Plans
- Identify safe take-off/landing areas
- Identify height of tallest obstruction
- Perform pre-flight checklist
- Pre-flight
- Fly the Drone
- Observe flight
- Swap batteries as needed
- Shutdown, pack, transport
- Post-Flight
- Transfer data from drone to computer
- Review processed data for accuracy
- Update overlays and stockpiles
- Download requested aerials
Requirements:
- Capable of performing maintenance on the drones and assessing how effectively their systems are operating
- Need to possess some Mechanical Training.
- Posses photography and videography knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team player
- Experience with Computer knowledge for editing and post processing
- Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people, both externally with customers and internally with company team members and other departments
- Outgoing, friendly, compassionate personality
- At least some relevant knowledge of operating the drone.
