Responsibilities
Shortlist potential candidates for initial interviews to expand the sales team
Organize and participate in job fairs.
Arrange for potential candidates for second interviews for hiring managers.
Perform reference check on candidates.
Arrange candidates for entry examinations and training
Documentation of files of hired candidates
Conduct of new hire orientation
Requirements
Applicants must possess at least A Level or Diploma qualification
Applicants must have above average oral and written communication skills
Resourceful and confident
Independent
Previous HR experience added advantage
Result orientated and can handle pressure well
