Customers are our priority at ShopBack. As a Customer Happiness intern, YOU will be responsible for making sure every transaction is a happy one 🙂

From responding quickly and relevantly to phone and email enquiries, to identifying key user issues, our Customer Happiness interns play integral roles in ensuring that every customer is satisfied.


If you

-       have the trill of a nightingale and the deft strokes of a poet,

-       are proficient in English (spoken and written),

-       can commit for a minimum of 2 months,

-       are kind and patient like Mother Teresa,

-       are empathetic and have large, listening ears (pun intended) like Dumbo (we take customer feedback seriously!),

We would love to have you on our team!

Prior experience with customer service/support services is a bonus (but not as essential as the willingness to learn from a highly motivated team)!
