ShopBack’s Customer Engagement team is the backbone of the company. From handling general enquiries to resolving customer disputes, we address every issue promptly and effectively to ensure every customer returns like a boomerang!
As a customer engagement intern, you will play an integral role in ensuring that every customer is satisfied and their feedback is heard.
Responsibilities
Understanding and identifying key user issues, providing feedback to other teams
First point of contact in addressing queries promptly and effectively
Drawing up a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) and guides to address user needs
If you
- are proficient in English (spoken and written),
- can commit for a minimum of 2 months,
- are willing to learn from a highly motivated team
