Job Description

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of Shentilium, ensuring that the needs of the business leaders, scientists and developers are met. You will help to maintain all the job portal accounts and coordinate any necessary applicant interviews, along with any other operational duties. As part of our company culture, you will also have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into entrepreneurship, machine learning, data analytics techniques, finance, and more.

- Ensure overall office operations run smoothly

- Maintain job portal accounts

- Coordinate the interview process for new employees

- Work as part of a team and communicate ideas and feedback effectively

Requirements

- Good communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to adapt to new systems quickly

- Well-organised and able to work effectively, efficiently and independently
